I'm Shahzwan Bin Ishar, aka Knowan, an independent music producer, sound designer, and graphic artist working across Southeast Asia and Europe. My work has been featured on national radio, TV, and Spotify playlists like Singapore Top 50 and Beats & Rhymes. I’m passionate about crafting both sonic and visual experiences, blending my skills in music production, sound design, and motion graphics.

I studied Motion Graphics and Broadcast Design at Nanyang Polytechnic, where I made the director’s list, and I'm a graduate for pursuing a Bachelor’s in Popular Music Production and Performance at Solent Southampton University. During my time here, I’ve hosted my own radio show and led the music division at Sonar Radio in the UK.

Over the years, I’ve collaborated with artists globally to produce music across genres, organized grassroots gigs with 100+ attendees, and contributed to projects like the Orchard Heritage Trail in Singapore. I also support artists with promotional campaigns, cover art, and visual storytelling.

In addition to producing, I DJ and perform as a keyboardist, having played at multiple events across the UK and Singapore. Whether I’m behind the decks or on stage, I love connecting with audiences through live music.

At my core, I’m a multidisciplinary creative who thrives on collaboration, rapid ideation, and pushing boundaries—whether it’s through a track, a visual, or a live event.
